A series of photos under the theme of the Seven Deadly Sins. My concept was about reverting these qualities back to sins or which you should be punished rather than the glamourised view portrayed i modern media, showing and unmarked innocent life stained and tainted by these sins.
I like this series of photos - the essence of each sin is really cleverly summed up in each photo. The red contrasts the simple white of the background and the models clothing as well. Well done!
ReplyDeleteI really like the concept you used for these photographs, and the way you moved away from the usual glamourised view of the 7 deadly sins that is used a lot in the media! I think, like Cassie said, the contrast in these photos is fantastic with the black, white and red. Very striking! x
ReplyDeletei Think these images are particularly interesting, very gruesome and very believable! the tones of colour throughout the images are perfect and i love the contrast of the grey back drop allowing room for those powerful shadows to come through. I also feel the composition of the images have been well thought out and i feel it is an interesting but very effective way of showing the seven deadly sins! :)
