The battle of finding a concept...

I've been battling with this brief for a few weeks now to no real avail, what do you do when the product isn't great and people, realisitically, aren't going to buy it?

So I thought I'd put it out there, a non alcoholic beer for 28-55 year old men is about to be launched needs an advertising campaign, how do you convince them that non alcoholic beer now tastes great and is a positive alternative to cola and all on a shoestring budget?

A few things I've though about are
  • collecting man points for challenges associated with the brand and sponsorship of local pub quiz nights.
  • That this drink pours like a beer so you can do everything with the lads safe in the knowledge you still look like a man and can drive home at the end of the night
  • Avoid stupidity and those unfortunate moments often instigated by alcohol.

Any ideas are welcome and feedback on the above. I think this has made me realise that I need some time to recharge my creative juices because I'm severly lacking in them at the moment!
